Shipping costs and returns are free on all orders placed to and from the Italian territory for amounts over €100, for amounts less than €100 the shipping cost is €13. The shipping cost for all EU countries is €25, while for non-EU countries please consult the price table.
If the jewel is available, please allow from 3 to 5 days for delivery in Italy and 5 days for delivery in the European Union, while in case of jewellery available to order, please consider 21 days, as it will be made specially. For non-EU countries the times are to be considered longer depending on the country of delivery. The delivery time starts from the moment the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed.
Once the package has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail with the Tracking Number.
Please note that after the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. This is because all orders are processed automatically.
We are not responsible for any delivery problems resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, freight forwarders’ addresses or hotels.
Items placed on orders with engravings, or any other type of customization may take longer.

Returns are free for all orders placed to and from the Italian territory for amounts exceeding €100. For amounts less than €100, the shipping cost is charged to the customer. You must return the purchased products within (14) days from the date of delivery of the order in order to receive a refund of the purchase price. Only purchases shipped to Japan, Mexico and the USA can be returned within twenty (20) days. Products must be returned in their original state, unaltered, unused, intact, in their original packaging, with the original labels and tags applied, together with any accessories and related documents (for example, instruction booklet, Product certificates, sales receipt, etc.) and with the packaging intact. Please be remined that we do not accept replacements and returns for orders that include customised engravings. We do not accept returns if the warranty seal has been removed.
Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, we will verify that it meets the conditions, the return requirements and we will carry out a quality control of the Product. Only after the Product is deemed to comply with our requirements will we proceed with the full refund.
After your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you of your Credit Note. We will refund all amounts paid by the customer within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the return.
Make sure the package is properly closed. Giverso Gioielli cannot be held responsible in case of non-delivery of returns.
