For our jewelry we use reused gold, recovered from jewelry our customers no longer wear: the gold is melted, assayed and refined by us and then reused in our production. With reused gold, no new gold is mined to make your jewelry. On request, you can also choose Fairtrade-certified gold. Yes, you can request any of our collections to be made with Fairtrade-certified gold. Fairtrade standards promote safer working conditions and better economic conditions for miners and their communities, with physical traceability from the mine to the final product verified by independent controls (FLOCERT). Our company is Fairtrade certified (FLO ID: 47786). For diamonds we rely on a certified Canadian supply chain. The CANADAMARK\u00ae certification that accompanies them lets you find out the name of the mine and the extraction point of the stone you bought, by entering the certificate number on canadamark.com. Yes. Together with you we decide the manufacturing techniques, type of metal, gemstones, colors and quality, according to your taste and budget. We start from a hand drawing and, on request, a computer model (CAD) printed in 3D, up to the jewel handcrafted in our workshop in Turin. Each of our jewels can be customized, for example with different colors or stones, smaller or larger. No. Once the order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address, because all orders are processed automatically: please check the address carefully before confirming. In Italy shipping is free for orders over \u20ac100; for lower amounts the cost is \u20ac13. If the jewel is in stock, allow 3 to 5 days for delivery in Italy and 5 days for the European Union. If it is available to order, allow about 21 days, because it is made specially for you. For non-EU countries delivery takes longer and depends on the destination country. The delivery time starts from the moment the order is shipped, not from when it is placed. Orders with engravings or other customizations may take longer.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Are shipments insured? Yes. All shipments are entrusted to a specialized courier and every package is fully insured against loss or damage during transport. Once the package has left our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number: you can follow the shipment on the DHL courier website or contact Customer Service. Yes, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, to receive a refund of the purchase price (20 days for purchases shipped to Japan, Mexico and the USA). The product must be returned in its original state, unused, intact, in its original packaging with labels, accessories and documents (for example certificates and receipt) and with the warranty seal not removed. Returns are free in Italy for orders over \u20ac100; below \u20ac100 the return shipping cost is charged to the customer.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can I return a piece with engraving or customization?” tab_id=”faq-en-3-5″][vc_column_text]\n

When the return arrives at our warehouse we check that it meets the conditions and carry out a quality control; if the product is compliant we proceed with the full refund and you receive an e-mail with the credit note.
