This jewel was made by Giverso in Italy and it is part of the artistic project DAUGHTERS OF THE SUN in the MERITATON COLLECTION .
The artistic project consists in an ethical jewelry path where Giverso’s creations interpret and give form to the personalities and qualities of the six daughters of Pharaoh Akhenaton and his wife Nefertiti.
In particular, this jewel is the result of interpreting the qualities of NOBILITY and RESPONSIBILITY personified by the eldest daughter, Meritaton — the most regal figure among her sisters, who in her lifetime embodied the continuity of power and devotion to the god Aton (the Sun).
The feminine qualities of Nobility and Responsibility of Princess Meritaten, the eldest of the 6 daughters of Pharaoh Akhenaten, can be seen these jewellery lines, where light becomes a responsible carrier in handing down the canons of noble tradition in a contemporary key. Here and there you can recognize some traits typical of ancient jewellery, in the setting, in the symmetry, in the balance, enhanced by combinations of materials and unprecedented colours, accompanied by very bright gems that make each artifact unique.
